Cambrils presents the Environmental Film Festival

Cambrils. Costa Dorada. The Department of Culture of the City of Cambrils presents this 2011 "ALL YEAR FICMA, "a selection of the best nine films made by the International Film Festival for the Environment (FICMA), which ranks as the oldest of its kind in Europe. The program of the Show "FICMA ALL YEAR" focuses on issues related to environment and man's relationship with the natural environment, social and cultural. They are topical, some years ago that spread globally with the celebration of international days as "The Day the Earth, " "On Water"or "On the Environment ". The purpose of this program is to promote and disseminate environmental films, in addition to awareness and sensitize the public. The films will be screened once a month at the Cultural Centre Cambrils, with free access to anyone who is interested. On Thursday 27 January at 20.30 the program is begun with the projection of climate refugees, which addresses the issue of population displacement on a large scale due to global warming.
