The City Council of Salou and the Generalitat de Catalunya are preparing the devices to facilitate and ensure the observation of the total solar eclipse of August 12, 2026 by all people who want to live this astronomical phenomenon, which has not occurred in Catalonia for 121 years. Neither the weather forecasts of rain and bad weather for Sunday September 21 have been able to spoil the Festa al Cel 2025 in Salou, which has exceeded all expectations with more than 300,000 spectators coming from all over the world to continue, facing the sea, surprising aerial acrobatics. Salou has conquered the sky, and that is why it already thinks of the festival of 2026.
