L´Ametlla. Terres de l´ Ebre. The Nautical Gold Coast presented its expansion with the addition of a new town to the four that already belonged. With the addition of Ametlla, 10 years after its creation, the Nautical Costa Dorada covers an area of ​​almost 60 kilometers of coastline, from Salou to the almonds, to Cambrils, Miami and the Silver Hospitalet de l'Infant and becomes the largest yacht domain of Catalonia and one of the biggest in Spain. TunaTour, novelty of the season 2012 Meanwhile, representatives of Group Balfegó presented what will be the next big new tourist season: the TunaTour. Draw a new tour package, unique in all Europe that can only be practiced in Ametlla, which consists of visiting the tuna cages that are little more than two miles from the coast The Almond, with the possibility of snorkeling swim with the tuna that live in cages. Under the slogan "possibly one of the best adventures of your life," the TunaTour wants to become an experience suitable for all ages. Currently Balfegó Group is building a catamaran with a capacity of 60 people to carry tourists to the tuna cages. The boat has all the comforts and in principle it will be operational during the month of April.
