Salou. Costa Dorada. This weekend the sports hall of Salou host the first edition of Salou Catalonia Open Taekwondo 2010. The Open Taekwondo 2010 is the only competition that, with the support and supervision of the Catalan Federation of Taekwondo, is organized for competitors from 6 to 14 years in both male and female forms, accepting pumsae and Combat. In this first edition, participation is limited to 1,000 competitors, remain open to participation solely to competitors of Catalonia and the Principality of Andorra. Is expected to move about 4,000 people a weekend pre-season and the start of Holy Week. The competitions will start in Category pumsae Saturday at 9 am through 20 hours while the next day Sunday, fighting competition at the same time start and end at 16 hours. For salouenses Open entries are free and can go to look for the reception of the municipal swimming pool (one per person) and while supplies last innings.
