La fira gastronòmica 'Sabor Salou' se celebrarà del 15 al 17 de març a l'emblemàtic passeig Jaume I de la capital de la Costa Daurada. Durant tres dies, els millors restaurants de la ciutat i nombroses parades d'aliments artesanals oferiran milers de degustacions i tapes a un preu popular. La inauguració comptarà amb la presència d'un xef de prestigi. Aquest any, l'encarregat de tallar la cinta serà Eduard Xatruch, membre de la fundació d'elBulli. A més, en aquesta edició hi ha preparades diverses activitats paral·leles, com un gran sorteig, jocs infantils, tallers de cuina, tast de vins i demostracions culinàries, entre d'altres.
