This will begin on December 6 and will last until 6 January and is open to all traders in the town. In total, 21 businesses have registered an increasing Christmas edition last year when they register 13 stores. The participants were selected from the categories of free showcase (14 shops) or crib (7 stores), and can participate in both at once. In the category showcase the theme is totally free while in the crib category structure and central theme is the traditional nativity scene. The Councillor of Commerce, Maria de los Reyes Pino, said: "With this initiative we want to encourage local businesses to make them very creative and attract shoppers this holiday season." In addition, the councilor added that "this is an action that aims to promote local businesses and traders to be next to the city." Among the contest specifies the structure and decoration of the window will be different each year, the jury will visit the site every day as it deems necessary and without notice. In addition, the jury will consider the focus, handling, assembly, use of products of the establishment, attracting public lighting and originality. Both winners of a category as the other wins first prize at a total of € 400, € 275 as the second and the third € 200, plus the category will showcase a fourth prize worth € 150. The jury will be informed personally to all participants. It will be mandatory to have the distinctive property that gives the Department of Trade and place it in a visible place on the window.
