Salou. Costa Dorada. 12 May 2025.
Within the framework of the LGBTIQ+ Week Salou premieres the celebration of a Proud Salou party to celebrate diversity and as one more step of the City Council and the municipality in the defense of the rights of all people, regardless of their sexual or gender orientation. The party will feature the participation of the multifaceted actor and imitator from Tarragona Josep Ferré.
Ferré has made himself known to imitate spanish celebrities from the yellow press and from gossip programs such as Sálvame de Telecinco, or Todo es mentira by Risto Mejide. Ferré has become popular for his imitations of characters such as Lydia Lozano, María Pati'o, Miguel Bosé, Terelu Campos, Belén Esteban, Xavier Garcia Albiol, Anabel Pantoja, María Teresa Campos, Tamara Falcó or Kiko Matamoros, among others.
The Proud Salou party will be on June 29 in the Comunitats Autònomes square, and after the performance of Ferré will continue with a party with DJ. The Proud Salou is an initiative of the Diversity Salou Association and the Department of Equality of the City of Salou, which aims to celebrate pride, respect and coexistence, in addition to claiming the rights of the LGBTIQ+ collective in a playful and participatory way.
This activity will be accompanied by other institutional, cultural, social and educational events to make the LGBTIQ+ collective visible, which will be announced soon.
