Cambrils. Costa Dorada. The board of Cambrils Tourism in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce from Reus and the Asociació del Vi, are working on developing the exhibition Cambrils, Wine Country, an event that strengthens the hold wine production with origin in  Barberà Basin, Montsant, Priorat , Tarragona and Terra Alta. The program will have a professional aspect  on October 4 to serve as a link between   winemakers and a more playful side, to be held between 9 and 10 October with the draw, DO wine with winemakers, culinary offerings as well as various recreational activities. The proposal seeks to highlight the province's wine diversity to residents and tourists, as well as enhance contact between culinary makers and winemakers. Thus, Cambrils is presented as a true capital of wine, for its location, its tourist importance and its roots in the sea and land. The Cambrils Tourist Board supports this initiative with the aim of showing the municipality as tourist destination reference with high added value related to great cuisine. The tastings for professionals in the field of the wineries and restaurants will take place in October, from 9.30 to 2pm, while the exhibition for open public will take place between 9 and 10 October from 11 to 2pm and from 15pm to  7pm in Parque del Pescador.
