One man had a lion in a warehouse in Salou and got a stroll tied like a dog



Salou. Costa Dorada. A patrol of the Autonomous Police Service in Salou saw this past Tuesday July 7th of 2009 a man walking with a lion on the streets of the capital of the Costa Dorada, tied only with a dog leash. The current owner of the animal had the lion in a store and, as if it were a dog, he had taken a walk through the streets of Salou, a city that is full of tourists these days. The man was surprised because although the lion was only a month and a half ate three chickens each day. In fact, feeding lion was motivated by the fact that the constant changes of ownership that the animal lived only a month and a half, because their food is so expensive. The lion was originally bought by an individual in a circus when he was in Girona, but broke it to a friend. During this month and a half, the lion has spent at least three different owners. At this time the animal is in a protective Cubelles and, despite changes of ownership and how costly it was to feed, her health is good. The lion currently receives all the attention it requires, both food and veterinary. Perhaps in the coming days the lion will be moved to Odena municipality where the Protection of Animals of the Anoia, an entity that has an exotic animals department, while awaiting transfer to determine its final, possibly some African countries, where the animal can normally complete their growth.
