The sources of Salou is one of the main attractions of the town and during the summer you can see and enjoy its splendor. The two sources of the city, operating from April, are near the ends of James I walk and work at full capacity until mid-September. The flagship is the light source that becomes a meeting point between traditional and salouencs visitors. And on the other side of the avenue are the sources cybernetic, next to the Yacht Club of Salou. All performances of the sources are free during the summer.
Opening in June
Between one o'clock and until eight o'clock in the afternoon Salou sources maintain a constant rate, whereas after this time, and until half past ten at night is followed by a series of slow movements that will step, between half past nine until half past eleven, a series of lights and movements prior to the show will begin at eleven o'clock and lasts 30 minutes. During the month of June the show will be visible only on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

Between one o'clock and until nine at night Salou sources maintain a constant rate, whereas after this time, and until ten at night is followed by a series of slow movements that give way, between ten and eleven to a series of lights and movements prior to the show, which starts every day at eleven and lasts 30 minutes. Sources cybernetic
The sources of cyber Salou are situated along the promenade Jaume I just meters from the yacht club and offer a light and sound very much appreciated and frequented by visitors. At the sound of famous pieces of classical music, pop and rock hits, soundtracks, and Havana, the water jets give rise to fanciful shapes to the beat of the music. The water is blended with light effects and projections of the reasons that illustrate the musical excerpts.
Font Lluminosa / Light Source
The other source for excellence in Salou is the light source dating from 1973. The work of the engineer Carles Buigas, author of the monumental fountain of Montjuïc. The play of light and water can reach 210 combinations so to see all the full program would require more than 5 hours. In normal operation the changes of form and color are produced every 90 seconds. This source is at the top of Passeig Jaume I, at its confluence with the Coast Road and Avenida Andorra.Salou. Costa Dorada. Salou receive Holy Week 2012 with the launch of the light sources and cybernetic, the first one located in the Plaza Francesc Germà, at the confluence of the Coast Highway and Avenue Principality of Andorra, one of the end of the promenade Jaume I and the other located at the opposite end of that ride Jaume I.
