In our daily life we are surrounded by aromas and flavors and does not always attach great importance. Behind this world, but there are a lot of science, a lot of chemistry, biochemistry and very much physical. This talk discusses the chemical aspects of the world of aromas and flavors, a part of science is closely linked to creativity and the world of the senses.
