Biòtops marins enriqueixen la fauna i la flora de Salou

Salou ja compta amb 14 biòtops marins després que s'hagin instal·lat 6 a la platja de Ponent. Es tracta d'estructures construïdes gairebé artesanalment amb ciment natural, que afavoreixen la biodiversitat i la fauna i la flora marina. Aquestes estructures estan cedides per Repsol.

La firma Repsol ha presentat una nova campanya d'abalisament ecològic a les platges de la costa tarragonina, que enguany es completa amb la instalacion de 17 nous biòtops artificials. Les noves boies s'han ubicat a Tarragona i Altafulla. Salou compta ja amb vuit d'elles instal·lades en edicions anteriors. Amb aquestes, ja són 120 els biòtops submergits en aquestes platges.
