Del 24 d'octubre al 2 de novembre del 2025 Salou es tematitza per oferir la millor celebració de Halloween de la Costa Daurada: el Salouween. Activitat comercial especial, festa de la castanyada i de Halloween per als més petits i les famílies, la desfilada de monstres i zombis, i no podia faltar el Salouween Street al Passeig Jaume I, amb oferta gastronòmica, música i espectacles.

Del 5 al 8 de setembre del 2024, Salou celebra la sortida del rei Jaume I des del Port de Salou a la conquesta de Mallorca.
