El Ayuntamiento de Salou ha aprobado una moción de apoyo a las reivindicaciones de las plataformas en defensa de un ferrocarril moderno, eficiente y puntual y, por su parte, el alcalde Pere Granados, junto a diversos concejales de este municipio, ha participado activamente en la manifestación unitaria en defensa de mayores inversiones por parte de Renfe, de Adif y del gobierno español. 

Más de un centenar de coches de época tomarán parte este próximo domingo, 25 de septiembre de 2016, en la sexta edición del Rally Clásicos Costa Dorada. A partir de mediodía, los coches, el más antiguo de 1902, quedarán expuestos en el paseo Jaume I de Salou.
