Cambrils host the world's best dancers in late March

Cambrils. Costa Dorada. The next 28, 29, 30 and 31 March Cambrils will host, for the second consecutive year, the seventh edition of the World Dance Olympiad (OJ World 2013). This event, linked to the world of dance sport, will take place at City Hall sports arena, located in the Town Hall Square. Tickets to follow the competitions will go on sale in the same flag lockers at a price of 10 euros per day. This competition will be an excellent platform to promote the town of Cambrils worldwide and will fuel the hotels, shops and restaurants of the city. Easter always marks the symbolic beginning of the tourist season on the Gold Coast and this year, with the OJ World, this will start more strongly than ever. The developers estimate that the city will receive over 8,000 visitors thanks to the competition, which will feature about 3,500 participants, half a thousand more than last year. Several hotels in the city, in fact, have already covered all the squares. One of the major claims are international competitions, both at the level of the dancers as the media coverage they have. For the first time, Cambrils will host one of the five races of the World Tour Grand Slam Standard and Latin, which organizes the International Ballroom. A competition starting in Cambrils and will continue in Stuttgart, Moscow, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, which will host the final. Furthermore, Cambrils also host the European Championships Youth Standard, for children under 18 years and the club competition, the European Cup Dance Sport. The first level competitions attract the best dance couples of the moment, and this is a great show on the track and on TV. For this reason the channel Eurosport will broadcast the finals of the Grand Slam. This will mean that the name of Cambrils reach more than 150 countries, with a potential audience of over 15 million viewers.
