The proclamation, the Feast of Fire, action 'castellera' by Xiquets Valls, musical performances or activities for children are the biggest events of the beginning of the Summer Festival of Salou.

Friday August 9

To celebrate Salou is the fate of the Irish market leader, the City has granted proclamation marking the start of the festivities the Director of the Spanish Tourist Office in Dublin, Gonzalo Ceballos Watling. A ceremony to be held on Friday 9 in Xalet ride Torremar Jaume I in Salou. Just after the proclamation will light the great 'thunder' and celebrate the Night of Fire with fire beasts display on the promenade. The first day of the Golden Nights will culminate in the show Pasión Flamenca Company by Mónica Novillo, a free performance that will start from 11pm in the Plaza of the Comunitats Autònomes.

Saturday August 10

The second day of the Summer Festival festivities will come loaded for the whole family. The Cultural Association Aragon Salou, one of the largest in the municipality, has organized two Aragonese folklore performances: the first will take place at 12 noon in the old town of Salou, at Calle Rafael Casanovas, and the second, at 8 pm in the Font Lluminosa. In the afternoon, from 17 to 20 hours, will be installed on the Moll gleaned some inflatables for the little ones: the Xic's Golden.A child proposal will reopen Sunday afternoon at the same place. One of the novelties of the 2013 Golden Nights will be joining the festival program of an exhibition 'castellera', an initiative that the City wants to consolidate in future editions.

The premiere will be borne by the Xiquets Valls, one of the most important groups of the country. A performance castellera to be accompanied by Bastoners Dance group of Salou and will take place at the Jaume I promenade starting at 7pm. At eight-thirty, on the beach in Salou rowdy, will be one of the most traditional events of the holidays: the meshes Calada of Sant Pere. It is a fishing exhibition in the former Fisherman by Santa Maria del Mar in Salou. And to end a busy day holiday, the scene of the square of Salou Autònomes Comunitats host the Grand Final of the World Faschion Faces, the best known fashion casting summer on the Costa Dorada. A parade will begin from 10pm and will be surely one of the most massive acts of the parties.

Sunday August 11

The tradition, music and family events are again the protagonists in the third day of the Summer Festival of Salou, a day marked by the proposals aimed at the younger members of the family. On the one hand, Moll Espigó again host the Xic's Golden, with inflatable attractions and entertainment throughout the afternoon free. And secondly, the musical show PortAventura On Tour, where the best known of the park, as Woody and Betty Boop, attract the attention of children in a show that will take place in the Light Source at 18.30 am and at 20 hours pm.

As for the traditional events include the performance of Gegants, the Mule and Nanos. Local folklore characters that can be seen and touch from 19.30 pm at the Passeig Jaume I of the capital of the Costa Dorada. Finally, the third day of the festivities close with a musical performance classic in the square of the Comunitats Autònomes of Salou where the baritone Carlos Cogul and pianist Yoko Suzuki will offer a Lyric Gala with the most popular pieces from the international repertoire. A free performance which can be enjoyed from 10 at night.
